ASPIRE, an Erasmus+ project coordinated by ComPas, focuses on studying the feasibility of the development and testing of innovative tools for skill-based hiring and career development. By translating educational goals into skill profiles, this study aimed to bridge the gap between qualifications and practical abilities, enabling employers to identify the best candidates and support personalised learning pathways.
